What this is

Hospitality is my trade. I have owned and run restaurants, a spa, fashion and events, and I know what a guest feels long before the numbers show it. Concept, design, service, brand and operations have to be built together, and a hotel or resort is where that is hardest to get right.

Who I know

Hotel and resort owners, operators and brand groups, hospitality funds, developers who are planning their first property, and the people who design and staff them. Some I have done business with. The rest I reach through people I trust.

Looking now

I am in contact with strong international buyers, among them established family offices and one of the largest hospitality funds in the world. They are looking for hotel buildings, and for buildings that can be converted into four or five star hotels. The focus is Copenhagen and Stockholm. I have the buyers. What I need now are the assets. If you own or represent a hotel building, or a building that could become one, get in touch. Off market and quiet is fine.

They want off market opportunities and prime assets: a building in the right location, with the right bones, before it is advertised. If you own one, or advise someone who does, I can put it in front of them. Names stay private until you and the buyer both want to talk.

What I do

I connect owners who need an operator, operators who need a location, and properties that need a brand partner or a buyer. I can also tell you early if a concept will struggle with the guests it is meant for.

What I do not do

I do not give investment advice, I do not manage money and I do not sell financial products. I introduce people and projects. You and your advisers make the decisions.
