Many companies want to do something with blockchain. Few know what problem it should solve. The result is a token nobody needs, or a pilot that never leaves the meeting room.

What I do

I help you decide if blockchain makes sense for you at all, and if it does, how to bring it to market. Positioning, go to market plan, choice of chain, community and the story you tell investors and partners.

Experience

I have been in crypto since 2019. From 2022 to 2025 I was CMO and consultant for The Convergence, a start up that tokenizes real world assets. I built the go to market plan, the SWOT and competitor work, and the positioning. I led the choice between a permissioned and a permissionless blockchain, and I planned events for both Web3 and traditional finance audiences.

Honest view

Tokenization of real assets is real, but slower than the pitch decks say. Rules, custody and liquidity decide more than technology. I will tell you where it holds and where it does not.

What you get

You get a straight answer on whether to go ahead. If the answer is yes, you get a plan written so both the crypto people and the bankers can work from it.
