The problem

Many companies have bought AI licences. Few have changed how the work gets done. People use a chatbot for a mail now and then, and the rest of the week looks like last year.

What I do

I start with the work you do today. We map where your people spend hours on research, reporting, follow-ups and content. Then I pick the two or three jobs where AI saves the most time, build the setup, and run it with your team until it holds.

Proof

I run my own business this way. I have 76 AI assets in production: skills, agents, workflows and knowledge bases, built in Claude Code. They do research, lead generation, outreach and content every day. I moved this website from Squarespace to Netlify with the same setup, 245 URLs in one go.

How I build

Every build starts with a written spec and test criteria, decided before anything is made. When it is done, we check it against those criteria. If it does not pass, it is not done. That is how you avoid an AI project that looks good in a demo and dies in week three.

What you get

You get a short map of where AI pays off in your company and one setup your people use every day. I train your team to run it, so they do not need me afterwards.
