What I do

I turn your best ways of working into skills: written instructions, examples and checks that an AI model follows every time. A skill for your brand voice. A skill for your offers. A skill for how you answer a client complaint. They stay in the company when people go on holiday or leave.

Proof

I write my own skills for everything I repeat. One of them checks that text sounds human before it goes out under my name. Others handle research, specs, verification and outreach. That library is how one person can run the output of a small team.
