What this is

I have spent twenty years on the operator side of buildings. Restaurants, spas, fashion stores and event venues all start with the same question: which building, on which terms, and who has to say yes. I have negotiated leases with private landlords and with municipalities, and I know how a building looks from the operator's chair and from the owner's.

What I do

I introduce owners who want the right buyer, and operators and investors who are looking for the right building. Most prime assets never reach a listing. They are off market opportunities that move through people who know each other.

Which buildings

Office buildings: My buyers want the whole building, not a floor in it. If you own one and would sell the right way, I can open the door. Residential buildings: I introduce owners and buyers, and I can bring in the operator side, food, wellness, events and service, that makes a building worth a premium. Buildings that can become hotels: I have international buyers looking for hotel buildings, and for office or residential buildings that can be converted into four or five star hotels, especially in Copenhagen and Stockholm. I have the buyers, and I am looking for the assets. Hotels and resorts and real estate each have their own page. This page also takes the cases that do not fit neatly: mixed use, heritage buildings, a venue that needs a concept, a concept that needs a venue.

What I do not do

I do not give investment advice, I do not manage money and I do not sell financial products. I introduce people and projects. You and your advisers make the decisions.
